Have you guys ever been to a retail store with extremely bad customer service from one of their employees?
Well let me tell you my story, I was at a well known store *** doing some shopping, super excited because I saw the perfect dress, the lights dimmed, and I felt like I could hear angels singing behind me when I saw it, that’s how pretty it was. A male employee was close so I asked him where the dresses were.
He looked me up and down, made a disgusting facial expression like eww and stared.
Waiting for an answer annoyed I just told him "I'll look for it myself!" and walked away hoping to find the dress on my own. Behind me he screamed "it’s the last one we have in stock."
I walked back and asked him "well can I try it on?" He looked at me again and said "are you sure you’re going to buy it? Because if you’re not I’m not taking it down for you to just try it on!"
Estaba super enojada, con los comentarios de el muchacho que hasta queria golpearlo. [pow, pow ]
Finally, he brought it down after I said "well if it fits I'll take it."
As he was about to handed it over, he mentioned "Just so you know the size it’s reduce so it might not fit you." Osea me dijo "gorda!!!" I snatched the dress from him and walked away into the dressing room.
I tried it on and I felt so happy, just like in my quince. Once I tried it on I placed the dress on the counter and placed it on hold while I checked out a pair of shoes and make-up.
When I came back a strange lady had the dress I had placed on hold. I confronted her and asked her where she had gotten the dress and she replied that he, the same male employee that had helped me, gave it to her. Osea yo casi me reviento del coraje...que bendito de Dios casi me da el patatus. The lady loved the dress and said she was going to buy and I told her the dress was mine. Y que se arma la bronca por el vestido. Depues que la lady se quito el vestido pues puro grito nada mas salia del fitting room. Then the guy, the male employee, runs into the fitting room and tries to settle things but it don't work. Meanwhile me and the lady continue to argue and struggle each other with the dress the male employee also gets at it and tries to take the dress from both of us. As he tries to pull el vestido it rips. Me and the lady look at each other and leave the store immediately!! Since then I have never gone back and never will go back to that store. So a tip of advice, if you really want something you buy it then not later.
As for the bad customer experience, he got what he deserved, no sale, no dress and definitely NO shopping their ever again.
